near beginning of independence manifesto. even though estonian-english dictionary by Saagpakk gives 'splinter' (as torch) as translation from original 'peerg'/'pird' (synonyms), english wikipedia gives very similar in look and function artefact as 'splint' - thin longish wooden thing for burning or lit a flame. https://en.wiki.x.io/wiki/Splint_(laboratory_equipment) and 'splinter' only as much smaller sharp thing, regardless of material, usually in medical context. corrected 'splinter' for 'splint' there for now.
