External links modified
editHello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just modified one external link on Elias Saleeby. Please take a moment to review my edit. If you have any questions, or need the bot to ignore the links, or the page altogether, please visit this simple FaQ for additional information. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/web/20110606045152/http://www.brookings.edu/articles/1998/05africa_lyons.aspx to http://www.brookings.edu/articles/1998/05africa_lyons.aspx
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true or failed to let others know (documentation at {{Sourcecheck}}
).

Sections
editI think the section structure should be changed. Firstly, 'early life' isn't really much of a section, with only one short sentence in it; it should be either expanded, or combined with 'education' (with a reference to his secondary education in Liberia, perhaps?), or possibly turned into a lead section with a brief summary of the article contents. Secondly, I don't see the need for separate sections on 'professional career' and 'public service'; the latter is merely an aspect of the following (at least in this case, where the 'public service' consists of professional activity rather than eg. charitable). - Also, under 'references' there were also other external links, which I've separated into a new section per guidelines. DoubleGrazing (talk) 09:41, 19 June 2018 (UTC)
Elias or Elie?
editWhy is he referred to as Elias in the title, but Elie elsewhere? IMO it should be consistently one or the other, or else some explanation is needed within the article. And the article name should be the one users are most likely to search for, otherwise we probably also need a redirect or some such like. Anyone with more knowledge on this topic, please chip in?
