Contradictory info re: cut
editIs it "usually top sirloin or top round" as stated in the first sentence, or is it chuck/round with "minute steak" being sirloin/round as per minute steak section? I don't know the answer, but they're not both right. Elninoict (talk) 06:31, 9 May 2020 (UTC)
The entire "minute Steak" section contradicts itself and is written in a nonsensical way.
editOne part says that many English-speaking countries call this "minute steak", but a redirect says that butchers sometimes call something else that, and then the section at the bottom acts like something said there's a difference between cube steak and minute steak, but nothing said that, and, in fact, said the opposite.
I would clean it up but I have no clue what the conflicting components are trying to say. 2601:1C2:5000:1472:55EB:E7C5:7A76:F707 (talk) 19:29, 1 November 2021 (UTC)
