Someone made some cranky edits re: the 2004 embezzlement. I've gone through (anonymously, I'm not dumb) and clarified their remarks where they damaged the article by confusing the 1960 developer partition with the 1990s to 2004 embezzlement within the CSD. To be clear, Wikipedia calls for a "Neutral Point of View" or NPOV in its articles.
Further information, evidence or citations (such as newspaper articles) regarding any of these issues are more than welcome.
