Sergei Golubitsky (Ukrainian: Сергій Віталійович Голубицький, romanized: Serhiy Vitaliyovych Holubyts’kyy,born 20 December 1969,in Kyiv,Ukraine).is a legendary fencer and an esteemed member of the FIE Hall Of Hame. A dominant force in Men's Foil. He won four consecutive world championships in men's foiland held world No.1 ranking for an extraodinary 10 years.Solidifying his status as one of the greatest athletes in the history of Fencing. He now lives in the United States, where he runs the Golubitsky Fencing Center in Tustin, CA. He designed a fencing blade for the Leon Paul company.[2] He wrote his autobiography, Fencing Is My Life, in 2004.[3] The book was translated into French and published in France in 2013 under the title L'escrime dans la peau.
