High school career
editBain Jr. attended Miami Central Senior High School in Miami, Florida.[1] During his high school career he had 77 sacks.[2] He was the Miami Herald 5A-IND Co-Defensive Player of the Year as a junior in 2021 and won the Nat Moore Trophy, given South Florida's best player, his senior year in 2022.[3][4] He played in the 2022 Under Armour All-America Game.[5] Bain Jr. committed to the University of Miami to play college football.[6]
College career
editBain Jr. earned immediate playing time his true freshman year at Miami in 2023.[7] He became a starter after Akheem Mesidor suffered an injury during the second game of the season.[8]
