Major (Rtd) Dato' Haji Md Anizam bin Ab Rahman is a Malaysian politician who has served as Member of the Kelantan State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Kemahang since November 1999 and currently serves as a Kelantan State Executive Councillor.
