Hesar-e Garmkhan (Persian: حصارگرمخان)[a] is a city in, and the capital of, Garmkhan District of Bojnord County, North Khorasan province, Iran. It also serves as the administrative center for Garmkhan Rural District.[4] As a village, it was the capital of Baba Aman Rural District[5] until its capital was transferred to the village of Baba Aman.[4] Hesar-e Garmkhan was elevated to that status of a city in 2000.[6]

editAt the time of the 2006 National Census, the city's population was 716 in 182 households.[7] The following census in 2011 counted 1,658 people in 387 households.[8] The 2016 census measured the population of the city as 1,499 people in 403 households.[2]
