Firuz District (Persian: بخش فیروز) is in Kowsar County, Ardabil province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Firuzabad.[3]

Demographics

editAt the time of the 2006 National Census, the district's population was 6,798 in 1,466 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 6,185 people in 1,647 households.[5] The 2016 census measured the population of the district as 4,628 inhabitants living in 1,389 households.[2]
