Is this image PD? Can Anyone confirm this?

Well, age alone isn't the determination of copyright. However, for this image, the Library of Congress says there are no restrictions on use, which means yes, it's not copyrighted anymore. howcheng {chat} 07:15, 5 May 2007 (UTC)
