How can stealing an image from another website that may or may not be using it under Fair Use, be considered Fair Use here? Had the person uploading this image made it from his own cover or from the copyright owners library of hi res images, a discussion of Fair Use might be appropriate. However, stealing someone else's image and posting it is never considered Fair Use.
