This map might be wrong because it has colored in armenia, which does not have such significant populations under Eastern Orthodoxy. The armenian apostolics are monophysites (or as they prefer, miaphysites). Eugene-elgato (talk) 16:31, 16 April 2009 (UTC)
- As far as I know, the main religion in Armenia is Armenian Apostolic which belongs to the Orthodox Christianity. This map shows Orthodoxy in Europe which includes the Armenian Apostolic Church, therefore the map is correct.

- You seem a little confused. yes, you just repeated what I said, that the armenians are armenian apostolic, and you failed to repeat what I just said which is that makes them something called "monophysite". The whole point of this article, being called Eastern Orthodox, is that it is not Oriental Orthodox. So armenia ought to be removed. Eugene-elgato (talk) 22:44, 16 April 2009 (UTC)
- You don't seem to understand.
- This image represents Orthodoxy in Europe (all branches of Orthodoxy not just Eastern Orthodoxy).
- The map currently resides on two articles (besides my userpage). The articles are Eastern Orthodoxy and Orthodoxy.
- The image has the title "Orthodoxy in Europe" and not "Eastern Orthodoxy in Europe" for both articles, therefore it is correct because that title includes the Armenian Apostolic Church.
- I can't make it any clearer than that!

- Fair enough dude, you're right on that and clear. However then, doesn't it make more sense to have the map on each article, only relevant to that article? Eugene-elgato (talk) 09:42, 17 April 2009 (UTC)
- Right! But I wouldn't say that the map is only relevant for the Orthodoxy article. The map is also relevant for the Eastern Orthodoxy article although not 100%. The best way would probably be to create a new map for Eastern Orthodoxy in Europe.
- Scooter20 (talk) 13:32, 21 April 2009 (UTC)
- I created this new map and placed it on the Eastern Orthodoxy article.
- Thanks! Scooter20 (talk) 13:47, 21 April 2009 (UTC)
- Thanks a lot, man ! Eugene-elgato (talk) 14:54, 30 April 2009 (UTC)
