Error in the map. Franch Guiana is also Latin American territory because is French. Not are Latin American territories Guyana and Surinam.--Kolins (talk) 22:08, 16 September 2009 (UTC)Reply
I don't believe French Guiana should be included either if Quebec isn't also being included. It is governed as an integral part of France, not an overseas autonomous territory. Other latin speaking sub-national areas in the Americas are not included.Weebro55 (talk)
