editThe diagram shows the thylakoids bright green and the chloroplast membrane dull green.
But the chlorophyll pigments are concentrated in the thylakoids, and the other membranes are pigment-free, i.e. transparent. The chloroplast should be shown as a (virtually) transparent bubble with dark green thylakoid disks inside it, seen through the other membranes. Same goes pretty much for the cyanobacterium, really.
