English: Utan bisaya was originated in visayan region in the Philippines that is why it is called utan bisaya, it is also called law-uy. Utan bisaya is a vegetable soup that contains variety of vegetables such as squash, okra, eggplant, long beans, luffa, spinach leaves, moringa, spring union, lemon grass, tomato, onion and ginger, this are the main ingredient of utan bisaya but you can also add other vegetables on it. Utan bisaya is the most simple, easy and common dish in the Philippines but it is also the healthiest dish and often used as viand.
