Similar Eastern European cabbage roll variations are called: holubky (Slovak), töltött káposzta (Hungarian), holubtsi (Ukrainian), golubtsy (Russian), holishkes (Jewish/Yiddish), balandėliai (Lithuanian), kohlrouladen (German) or sarma.
