Full Cavalier of the Order For Merit to the Fatherland Viktor Chernomyrdin (1938–2010), a Soviet and Russian statesman, a Minister of Gas Industry of the USSR (1985–1989), the founder and the first President of the State Gas Concern Gazprom (1989–1992), a Prime Minister of the Russian Federation (1992–1998), an Ambassador of Russia to Ukraine (2001–2009). There depicted the cross and the star of the Order For Merit to the Fatherland 1st class on the left. The stamp of Russia, 15.00 Rubles, 14 March 2013, PTC Marka Catalogue No 1687, Michel No 1919. Coated paper. Offset printing. Perforation: comb 12½×12. Size of the stamp: 42×30 mm. Print run: 392,000. Русский: Кавалеры ордена «За заслуги перед Отечеством» (продолжающаяся серия марок).
