Full Cavalier of the Order For Merit to the Fatherland Viktor Chernomyrdin (1938–2010), a Soviet and Russian statesman, a Minister of Gas Industry of the USSR (1985–1989), the founder and the first President of the State Gas Concern Gazprom (1989–1992), a Prime Minister of the Russian Federation (1992–1998), an Ambassador of Russia to Ukraine (2001–2009).
There depicted the cross and the star of the Order For Merit to the Fatherland 1st class on the left.
