Summary

Description
English: St John's Church, Islandmagee. There is some doubt about whether St John's, Islandmagee was built in 1595, 1596 or 1609. It appears that the size of the church was reduced in 1828 but by how much is also in doubt. The church, surrounded by trees and overlooking Larne Lough to the west, is an excellent example of a small rural church.
