English: A trio of Buildings on the south side of Riverside Avenue in Spokane's East Downtown Historic District. Most of these early 20th century buildings originally served as Single Room Occupancy Hotels or SRO's. This area was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on August 29, 2003.
From left to right the buildings in this image are: H.H. Hutton Bldg/Saranac Hotel (1909); Wentzel Bldg/Balkan Hotel (1908); Washington Furniture Building (1909)
