Summary

Description

Solstice returned to The Stables, their "hometown" gig for a 400+ sell out show attended by Prog luminaries Steve Rotheray (Marillion) and Steven Wilson (Porcupine Tree) amongst others. They looked relaxed and clearly enjoyed the show which also previewed new material for their new album being recorded this Winter. Jess Holland (Vocals & Guitar) was ably assisted by Ebony Buckle on lead vocals for one of the earliest Solstice tunes, Ebony also having performed a support slot with her own band earlier. All in all a night to remember.

Andy Glass - Lead Guitar & Bulbul Tarang Jenny Newman - Fiddle & vocals Jess Holland - Lead vocal and acoustic guitar Peter Helmsley - drums Steve McDaniels - Keyboards Robin Philips - Bass Ebony Buckle - backing vocals, additional keyboards
