Sebelah kiri padi 17 butir dan 4 daun, dan kanan kapas 8 kuntum dan 5 daun. Atasnya bertuliskan pita bermotto "Baswara yudhia karana". Di bawah beringin dengan 5 kelompok daun dalam segilima. Kiri kanan sayap 10+10 helai bulu, pita angka tahun 937 M, dan paling bawah, pita "Nganjuk".
