Inertial Upper Stage (IUS) and Tracking and Data Relay Satellite (TDRS)-A is raised above payload bay (PLB) by Airborne Support Equipment (ASE) aft frame [electromechanical] tilt actuator (AFTA) to 58 degree deployment position.
