TERRY WOLVERTON, CECILIA WOLOCH, and STEPHANIE HEMPHILL
TERRY WOLVERTON's latest collection of poems, Shadow and Praise, includes eleven sonnets and fifty-two prose poems. Wolverton is author of Black Slip and Mystery Bruise, Embers, Insurgent Muse: Life and Art at the Woman's Building, a memoir, and Bailey's Beads, a novel. A new novel, The Labrys Reunion, will be published in 2008. She is founder of Writers At Work, a creative writing center in Los Angeles. CECILIA WOLOCH is the author of Sacrifice, a BookSense 76 selection in 2001, Tsigan: The Gypsy Poem, and Late, for which she was named Georgia Author of the Year in Poetry. Her newest collection, Narcissus, is forthcoming from Tupelo. STEPHANIE HEMPHILL's first novel-in-poems is Things Left Unsaid (Hyperion). Her second novel is a verse portrait of Sylvia Plath, Your Own, Sylvia (Knopf). A third novel-in-poems for teens, Salem, is forthcoming (Hyperion)
