English: Rothes Parish Kirk The kirk was built in 1781, shortly after the foundation of the new town of Rothes, and eventually replaced the former kirk at Dundurcas. It was altered several times, the additions including the tower in 1870. The town clock, which had previously been at Nairn, was installed in the steeple. The kirk was refurbished in 2001.
