Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	This image will illustrate the engine that is the subject of the article.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	Rocket engines are highly protected items that usually fall under the weaponry export laws. As such, even having a chance of taking a picture by someone willing to make it free, is quite difficult. Also, the manufacturer would most probably have to agree to such a picture, and, given that it is an ITAR controlled item, it might even need written consent of the United States Department of Defense and the United States Department of State.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	It will just be used on the article infobox.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	This is the picture used in every press release and article used by the media. It is an illustrative image in relatively low resolution which intent is to be divulged to the general public. Using it within the context of the engine article in Wikipedia is exactly the intent of the press kit images.
