English: The Presiding Officer of the Senate speaks into the microphone, directing that "The Sergeant-at-Arms will restore order in the Senate," as hecklers in the balcony interrupt Hindu Guest Chaplain Rajan Zed as he delivers the first prayer by a Hindu on the Senate Floor. The protest was pre-planned, and the protestors were banned from the Capitol grounds for 12 months.
