Phoebastria albatrus

English: A juvenile Short-tailed Albatross in the Midway Atoll National Wildlife Refuge, Papahānaumokuākea Marine National Monument, Hawaiian archipelago, USA. It left the Atoll's Eastern Island sometime during the day. The bird was banded in anticipation of its fledging so biologists can track where it eventually goes to nest.
