English: X-ray and MRI after luxation of the patella. There is a fragment and bone bruise at the medial surface of the patella and in the corresponding surface of the lateral condyle of the femur. The medial retinaculum of the patella is disrupted.
Deutsch: Röntgenbild und MRT nach Patellaluxation. Knöchernes Fragment an der medialen Seite der Patella (Pfeil). Hier und an der korrespondierenden Seite des lateralen Femurkondylus, an der die Patella angeschlagen ist, finden sich Zeichen der Knochenkontusion. Das mediale Retinaculum der Patella ist zerrissen. Hämarthros.
