Summary

Description The Palace Theater in South Bend, IN (1921). It was a new home for the Orpheum Theater, a vaudeville theater. The new building was constructed with the ability to show moving pictures. The first sound movie to be shown here was in 1929 and the last vaudeville show in 1930. Today, it is home to the South Bend Symphony Orchestra.
