DescriptionOil free Pani Puri - Gujarat - SHAILI 001.jpg
English: Panipuri or fuchka or gupchup or golgappa is a type of snack that originated in the Indian subcontinent, and is one of the most common street foods in India.
In this photo, the puri's are totally oil free as they are cooked in salt instead of oil/ghee.
The main ingredients for the stuffing are desi chana and potato.
Those 5 shot glasses have 5 different flavors of pani (flavored water) that goes great with those pani puri's.
Pani puri is a dish, greatly loved by a lot of us and I don't think I can put, the love people have towards pani puri in a sentence let alone a brief paragraph.
This is my own work and me and my mother have been working very hard to spread the knowledge and recipes of food to as many people as we can and I would really appreciate it, if you could take just a few minutes to visit my mother's YouTube cooking channel.
