Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)

This illustrates one of the third-party clones which has been encouraged by the project developers; in this case, a board which can be installed into an original ZX Spectrum case. It is distinct, both visually and in features, from the first-party boards.

Not replaceable with
free media because (WP:NFCC#1)

To the best of my knowledge, none exists or can be created as yet. My understanding is that this product has been developed but is not yet publicly available.

Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)

It is so specific that I don't see how it would be relevant to any other article, unless further articles about ZX Spectrum Next are created (which seems vanishingly unlikely).

Respect for
commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)

I have asked the owner explicitly whether it can be used on Wikipedia and they have given permission. If it has any effect, I expect it will increase interest in their products but I will not countenance using this image as an advertisement.
