Drigg's heir renewed copyright on pages 1 through 156 in 1960, original copyright here, 1960 renewal here. Renewal was on pages 1-156 only (the text written by Driggs, the rest was mostly Meeker's text which had been previously published before 1923. The image in question is on page 296 and was not covered in the copyright renewal. This image is also used on the Oregon Trails Memorial Association membership solicitation card. Although it is undated, as it does not refer to Meeker as dead means probably before 1929. There is no copyright notice. One may be viewed in the Howard R. Driggs Collection, Special Collections, Gerald R. Sherratt Library, University of Southern Utah (Cedar City UT), MS. 120, Box 38, File 71
