English: Keith Harvey Miller (born 1925) is an American retired politician. Miller is best known for serving as Governor of Alaska from 1969 to 1970. Miller also served for two years apiece in the Alaska House of Representatives and Alaska Senate and was serving in the latter position at the time of this photo.
