Fair Use Justification
editI, GuildNavigator84, believe this TV screenshot to be covered under Fair Use by United States copyright law for the following reasons:
- it is a low resolution still of a television show
- it does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the film in any way
- the image was taken by a TV screen capturer which means this not the original portrait
- it allows for identification of the host of the series in a characteristic setting
- it illustrates the program in question and aids commentary and the subsequent article's explanation of the series
Licensing
