This rendering is a digitally-altered version of a Wikimedia file (the creator Nic Redhead uploaded his original work to Flickr under CC-BY-SA-2.0). This version is cropped and lightened, with some background noise cloned-out for use in Vincent Motorcycles Wikipedia article; this is acceptable under terms of Creative Commons Licence. When uploading a 'new' version of Wikimedia file, Commons Wizard will not recognise an existing Wikimedia File as a source. Wikimedia has to be quoted as source-file (instead of Flickr) when creating a cropped version, as Flickrbot will not recognise the cropped-size when comparing with Flickr versions, hence would need a manual (person-based) review. This might not be a bad thing, considering the programming/systems analysis flaws in Commons Wizard?
