Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	To depict Haruhi Fujioka, the subject of the article. Wearing masculine clothing despite being of female sex, Haruhi is initially assumed to be male by a large portion of the show's characters.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	No free images of Haruhi exist or can be created as long as the rights are owned by Bisco Hatori.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	The image is only used once in the article of the subject in question. The image is small and of low resolution compared to the original work.
