Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	This could not be served with an alternative illustration because the fact that it is a photo on the cover is a key part of the magazine cover and showing how it looked in the 1980s and an illustration would not be truthful to that.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	Used to depict the magazine as it existed in its original print run.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The use of this file will not harm the owner of any commercial opportunities as Les Editions Syds has been dissolved and this edition ceased in 1991. Along with this its original market role was to sell the magazine to consumers however it is no longer being sold.
