Description
English: Portrait of Frank Sinatra in the recording studio, October 1957. Capitol Records released the publicity photo to the press to promote Sinatra's appearance in the film Pal Joey, which premiered later that month, and an unnamed upcoming album on Capitol, presumably Come Fly with Me (recorded that month and released January 1958). According to a blurb attached to the photo's backside, Sinatra "appears to have gotten over his love for Ava Gardner who recently divorced him."

English: Stamped with the date "Oct 20 1957" on the backside. According to The Frank Sinatra Scrapbook p. 135, Sinatra was in the studio on October 1, 3, and 8.
