English: Chi Omega (ΧΩ) sorority was a long-term owner of this structure at 315 Tenth Avenue SE, Minneapolis, Minnesota, residing here from 1928 until at least 1989. Originally built by Zeta Psi (ΖΨ) fraternity who had moved to a home on University Ave., the structure is today owned by the Maranatha Church. it will be used on the page List of fraternities and sororities at the University of Minnesota.

The church has displayed a banner over the front of the building since they took occupancy.
