DescriptionFormer Theta Chapter of Delta Delta Delta, at Minnesota, in 2015.jpg
English: Theta Chapter of Delta Delta Delta (ΔΔΔ) sorority built the structure at 316 10th Avenue SE, Minneapolis, Minnesota, in 1917, owning it until at least 2004. The building is now occupied by Luther House, a Christian service group affiliated with the Lutheran Church, Missouri Synod. To be used on the page List of fraternities and sororities at the University of Minnesota.
Other information
The original house is on the left (north) in this view. To this, Tri-Delt annexed the neighboring property at 314 10th Avenue SE, sometime after 1961, immediately building a pass-thru between the buildings to join them. They also owned the parking lot to the north of the main house. Tri-Delt's letters have been removed from the building but their location can still be seen in the unpainted stucco where the letters once were attached.
