Čeština: Vlajka obce Lenešice. List tvoří dva vodorovné pruhy, modrý a zelený, v poměru 11 : 3. Uprostřed listu žlutý obilný snop, z něhož vynikají bílé hrábě, přeložený kosmo kosou a šikmo cepem, obojí bílé. Z obou stran snopu vyniká po jednom zeleném chmelovém listu se třemi šišticemi. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3. Touto vlajkou byla 16. 7. 2014 nahrazena dosavadní vlajka obce.
