One of the features of the present Exposition in which it differsfrom its predecessors is the succession of International Congresses, on agreat variety of subjects, which are to be held during the course of thesummer, either in the city or in the Palais des Congres within the grounds,on the north side of the Seine. The first of these, in session from the24th to the 31st of May, concerned itself with the various sciences ofhandwriting.
