Description
English: Tombs (center, brick-enclosed hole) exposed by excavations at the site of Khojivank, the Armenian cemetery of Tbilisi. Picture taken from near the entrance to the Armenian Pantheon of Tbilisi. The Sameba Cathedral was built on top of the Armenian cemetery, and its construction resulted in the destruction of thousands of such tombs.
