Description Como un “ave fénix”, así describen a esta ciudad acostumbrada a los desastres naturales desde su misma fundación, sacando a relucir su enorme capacidad de reinventarse, así como de formar a numerosos intelectuales, quienes han enriquecido el panorama cultural de Chile. Eduardo Gatti, escritor en residencia de la Facultad de Letras, se hizo presente con su música y experiencia vivida tras el terremoto.
