"E 15" is erythromycin. No clear ring. No inhibition.
"CD 2" is clindamycin. Large clear ring with flattening of the circumference on the aspect adjacent to the erythromycin disk. Not only is the organism resistant to erythromycin, macrolide exposure induced a resistance trait that conferred non-susceptibility to clindamycin, indicated by growth into the zone of overlapping E/CD diffusion.
"COT 25" is cotrimoxazole. Large clear ring.
"TEI 30" is teicoplanin. Large clear ring.
"P 10" is penicillin. No clear ring. No inhibition.
