Deutsch: Maxdorf wurde 1819 durch König Max I. von Bayern gegründet und gehörte zurGemarkung und Gemeinde Lambsheim; ersteres wird durch die Königskroneauf den bayrischen Rauten im Schildhaupt ausgedrückt, letzteres durch dengevierten Schild in den Farben der Leiser von Lambsheim. Der Ursprung vonMaxdorf geht auf den alten Holzhof am Floßkanal zurück, Lagerplatz des für dieDürkheimer Saline bestimmten Holzes aus dem Pfälzer Wald; der Wellenbalkenmit dem Baumstamm bringt das zum Ausdruck.
