English: Original caption: A 79-year-old man with a previous history of colon carcinoma with lymph node metastases 4 years earlier presented during follow-up with a 15 mm solitary pulmonary nodule. Axial CT in lung window setting shows a 15 mm round well-delineated solid nodule with smooth border in the right lower lobe. Histopathological examination after robot-assisted lobectomy showed a moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma.
