I believe that this video game screenshot image should considered fair-use for the following reasons.

1. It is used solely to improve the quality of the article.
2. The image is of my own creation and was taken from an emulator as stated above.
3. To the best of my knowledge, there is no alternative version of this image available on the internet.
4. It is very unlikely that a free-use image for this game exists.

This image is a screenshot from a video game, and its copyright is most likely held by the game's publisher or developer. It is believed that the use of low-resolution screenshots to visually identify the game in question on the English Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation, constitutes fair use under the Copyright law of the United States.
