English: The town crest of Berkhamsted, adopted in 1974. It shows an azure castle with three domed towers, the two outer of which are flying a banner argent charged with a cross gules, all within a bordure sable bezanty. It is taken from the arms of the borough of Great Berkhampstead, recorded in 1634.
