Highly lustrous, multi-hued, bladed azurite botryoids are richly distributed as individuals and clusters on three sides and the top of this classic, old-time specimen from the Czar Shaft. The top of the beautifully complimentary, lumpy, layered malachite "porch" is highlighted by 5 stunning malachite/azurite dripstone formations, 2 of which have hollow centers. The Czar Shaft closed in 1944. Ex. Stoudt Collection. According to their labels and catalogue, they purchased this piece from the Bisbee rock shop owner, Chuck Youngblood, in 1989.
